I see this work as a calling that I have felt since I was young, driven not only by my training but also by my personal experience.

A fun fact
One of my greatest passions is dance.

On the one hand, my solid clinical and psychotherapeutic training are my professional tools; on the other hand, my life journey—and the work I’ve done as a patient myself, first and foremost—allows me to support others with a sensitive and compassionate perspective.

I deeply believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and for me, it is essential that the people I work with feel safe and at ease.

This allows us to begin to understand and transform the patterns that affect how we relate to ourselves and others.

For me, therapy isn't just a space to alleviate distress, but also an opportunity to learn to live more authentically and in harmony with oneself by rediscovering that inner vitality that is often trapped by worries and suffering.

I admire those who have the courage to face their pain, and I am particularly interested in the potential that can emerge when both the light and the shadow within each person are integrated.
