Sometimes we develop ways of protecting ourselves and relating to others that were necessary at certain points in our lives, but that today may make us feel trapped or cause us distress.
Anxiety, insecurity, difficulty setting boundaries, or certain recurring patterns in our relationships may be some of its manifestations.
In therapy, we can understand where these ways of feeling and relating come from, so that we can gradually transform them and build a safer, more mindful way of being with yourself and others.
I see this work as a calling that is deeply rooted in both my education and my own life experience.
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and in the value of facing what hurts and having the courage to begin a process of change.
I guide each process with warmth, sensitivity, and respect for each person’s story.
I work both in person and online with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
